No registration code at all: the tool is declared entirely in the markup with toolname, tooldescription and toolparamdescription, and the schema is synthesized from the form controls.

Use it to check that the Tools panel reports 📝 HTML form rather than "JavaScript API". Nothing here ever calls registerTool().
